Employer Location —Schedule 5/2, 8 hours per day
The company is looking for a Retention/CRM Manager with experience in iGaming, bonus systems, campaigns, and A/B testing. Remote work, full-time.
What you'll do
- Manage bonus systems and promotional campaigns
- Develop and implement personalized offers for players
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and conduct A/B testing
- Optimize retention strategies based on data
What we need
- 1.5+ years of experience as Retention/CRM Manager
- Experience with bonus systems, promotions, and personalized offers
- Ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and conduct A/B testing
- Analytical thinking
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Customer.io
