CRM Manager (SMS)

An iGaming employer is looking for a CRM Manager (SMS) to launch and optimize SMS campaigns, retain users, and analyze performance. The role is remote and focuses on retention mechanics and analytics.

What you'll do

• Launch SMS campaigns and build trigger chains
• Segment users and configure schedules and frequency
• Verify links, bonus codes, limits, and ensure compliance
• Analyze delivery rate, CTR, conversions, deposits, ROI, and run A/B tests

What we need

• 1+ year of experience in CRM/SMS/Retention (iGaming required)
• Understanding of segmentation and retention mechanics
• Strong short-form copywriting and analytical skills
• Experience with CRM and SMS platforms
• English — B2+
