Sales Manager (Telegram Ads B2B)

A performance agency is looking for a sales manager to work with inbound and cold B2B clients. The main focus is processing leads, conducting sales consultations using a ready-made structure, and managing clients in the CRM. The company helps businesses scale sales through Telegram Ads, Avito, and Max.

What you'll do

• Promptly process incoming client requests
• Communicate with cold clients in Russian and English
• Identify client needs via calls or messaging, gather all information for further launch steps, and answer questions
• Conduct sales consultations using a ready-made structure to sell the company's services
• Enter client information and manage them in the CRM system

What we need

• Experience in sales
• English level B2+

Nice to have

• Experience in an advertising agency
• Knowledge of key digital marketing metrics
