Reputation Specialist (Review Platforms)

The employer is looking for a reputation specialist to take ownership of the company's product reputation and what is written about them online. The main focus is review platforms (Trustpilot), generating and retaining reviews, monitoring mentions, and pushing negative content out of search results.

What you'll do

• Create and manage Trustpilot business accounts
• Build a flow of reviews from farm accounts so that the needed reviews stay up long-term instead of being removed within a week
• Monitor mentions and promptly handle negative feedback
• Push negative content out of search results
• Report on rating and mention dynamics

What we need

• 1+ year of experience
• Trustpilot with full understanding of the mechanics: business accounts, pricing plans, comment types, what affects review visibility
• Basic understanding of working with X: account warming, etc.
• Case studies: show the platforms you worked with and the results

Nice to have

• Ability to work with review platform analogues for different tiers and other tiers
• Experience in fintech, trading, or crypto
• Ability to work with Reddit — an advantage
