AI Specialist
Employer Location —Comp fixed salary + bonusesSchedule 6 days on, 1 day off
The company is looking for an AI specialist to configure and optimize AI funnels within Chatterfy to improve the efficiency of the sales department.
What you'll do
- Optimize sales department performance through AI configuration
- Fine-tune and improve existing funnels
- Improve lead processing quality
- Set up AI replies and routing
- Find and fix errors in funnels
- Create new AI funnels upon request from the sales team
- Optimize existing AI prompts
What we need
- At least 6 months of relevant experience with cases
- Deep understanding of Chatterfy and ability to work with AI logic
- Experience in building and optimizing funnels
- Understanding of how AI models work and how to write effective prompts
- Accuracy and systems thinking
- Ability to clearly explain errors and solutions
- Ability to justify decisions
