RD Traffic Handler / Sales Manager

The company is looking for a sales manager to handle cold leads in the crypto vertical. Requires at least 10 months of RD experience and work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets, skill in objection handling, and ability to take a lead from first contact to a closed deal. Remote work, 7/0 schedule, fixed base plus a high percentage and bonuses.

What you'll do

• Handle cold leads in Telegram
• Record voice messages and make audio calls with leads
• Build communication effectively using AI
• Maintain daily reporting on results

What we need

• At least 10 months of RD experience
• Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
• Objection handling skills
• Flexible communication style, initiative, and creative approach
