SEO Specialist

International iGaming product company developing its own online casino is looking for an SEO Specialist to build the SEO direction from scratch, grow organic traffic, and promote the project in the LATAM market with further scaling to new GEOs.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement an SEO strategy for the LATAM market (Spanish/English).
• Conduct technical website audits and implement recommendations together with the development team.
• Collect and cluster the semantic core for casino verticals (slots, live casino, bonuses, payments, etc.).
• Manage SEO content production: prepare briefs, control content quality and publication.
• Develop the project's link profile: outreach, guest posts, partnerships with affiliate resources.
• Analyze site rankings, organic traffic, competitors, and key SEO metrics.
• Generate regular KPI reports and propose growth initiatives.
• Adapt the SEO strategy when launching new GEOs (Southeast Asia, CIS, Africa).

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in iGaming, Betting, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Hands-on experience promoting websites in highly competitive niches.
• Understanding of SEO specifics in gambling projects.
• Proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
• Experience building link strategies and working with external platforms.
• English — Intermediate+.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and make decisions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
