What you'll do
- Respond promptly to customer questions in the technical support chat
- Work fully within the CRM system
- Review and process user appeals
- Follow company regulations when resolving disputed situations

- Excellent command of Russian
- High level of responsibility and competence in customer communication
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb new processes
- Ability to stay professional and polite under a high volume of requests
