Influencer Marketing Manager — LATAM / Europe (iGaming)

An international marketing agency that helps iGaming brands scale through streamers, bloggers and KOLs worldwide is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with Gambling/iGaming experience across LATAM and/or Europe. The role covers sourcing and onboarding influencers, running ad integrations and managing budgets with a focus on ROI, ROAS, CPA, FTD and NGR. The position is fully remote, with priority given to candidates from Ukraine.

What you'll do

• Source and onboard streamers, bloggers and KOLs
• Negotiate and build long-term partnerships
• Launch and manage advertising integrations
• Analyze ROI, ROAS, CPA, FTD, NGR and other metrics
• Manage budgets and scale successful placements
• Grow an in-house database of influencers and partners

What we need

• At least 1 year of Influencer Marketing experience specifically in Gambling/iGaming
• Experience working with LATAM and/or European markets
• Own up-to-date database of bloggers, streamers, KOLs or agencies in these GEOs
• Understanding of promoting online casino and betting products
• Experience with YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Twitch, Telegram, X, Instagram and Discord
• Proven results backed by successful cases and ad integration metrics
