Senior Media Buyer (AI-Girlfriend)

The employer is looking for a Senior Media Buyer to drive user acquisition and growth for a new AI-Girlfriend product. The role involves full ownership of paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google) and end-to-end campaign management.

What you'll do

• Full management of paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google, ad networks)
• Launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns
• Building and improving acquisition funnels
• Analyzing campaign performance and preparing regular reports
• Generating and testing hypotheses (creatives, audiences, channels) and setting tasks for the content team based on data
• Finding and scaling working combinations
• Monitoring key metrics and promptly identifying issues (rising CPA, conversion drops, etc.)
• Dealing with ad platform restrictions and bans (especially Meta)

What we need

• 3+ years of experience with similar tasks
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (including bans and restrictions)
• Experience in one of the restricted niches: dating, AI girlfriend, adult, gambling, nutra
• Understanding of unit economics and key metrics
• Experience with trackers: Voluum, RedTrack or similar
• Ability to independently launch, analyze, and scale campaigns
• Experience with agency or rented ad accounts
• Fast adaptation to new tools and algorithm changes
• English B2+
