Team Lead Media Buying / Senior Media Buyer

The company is looking for an experienced Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer to work in the Crypto vertical. The role includes managing a team of media buyers, developing infrastructure, and optimizing ad campaigns. Remote work with full technical support.

What you'll do

• Formation and management of a media buyer team
• Building and developing infrastructure: setting tasks for related departments, finding and implementing solutions (accounts, sellers, tech setup)
• Search, analysis, and testing of promising ad combinations
• Setup and optimization of ad campaigns in the Crypto vertical
• Monitoring metrics, optimization, and scaling of advertising activities
• Strategic planning of traffic purchase: budgeting, KPIs, and test development

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer
• Proven experience in Crypto or Nutra verticals
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads
• Team management experience: hiring, development, and performance evaluation
• Ability to set tasks for related departments (Tech/Design/Farm) and formulate requirements
• Strong analytics knowledge: working with metrics, reports, and decision-making
