A team in the influencer-traffic space, focused on the binary options vertical, is looking for a part-time HR to help hire team members. The role covers closing positions for media buyers, sales managers, SMM/content specialists and other roles as the team requires.
What you'll do
- Independently source and attract candidates
- Post job openings and handle incoming applications
- Conduct initial interviews
- Screen strong candidates and hand them over to department heads
- Guide candidates through to their start on the team
What we need
- Understanding of the specifics of the influencer-scheme niche
- Experience closing similar vacancies
- Independent sourcing, not just working with inbound applications
- Ability to quickly assess whether a candidate fits
