Project Manager / Operations Lead
Employer —Location Remote, core hours MSK + readiness for evening peaks (project operates on Brazil time, MSK −6)Comp Fixed $800–1200/month (lower bound for trial month, reviewed after). After project becomes profitable — KPI and % of profit
Building a Forex Affiliate project targeting Brazil: traffic (FB), Telegram funnel, sales department. Looking for someone to handle daily operations and align all departments into a unified rhythm. KPI: everything done on time, departments connected, nothing stuck.
What we need
- 2+ years of experience in operational management in digital / affiliate / fintech
- Understanding of the funnel: traffic → Telegram → personal messages (MOP) → deposit → retention
- Knowledge of metrics: CPL, CPA, ROMI, CR to dialogue, CR to deposit, retention
- Understanding of CPA / RevShare / affiliate ecosystem and Telegram as a platform
- Experience managing a remote team
- Russian-speaking. Systems thinking, ability to work in uncertainty
