Project Manager / Operations Lead

Building a Forex Affiliate project targeting Brazil: traffic (FB), Telegram funnel, sales department. Looking for a Project Manager / Operations Lead to handle daily operations and coordinate departments. KPI: everything done on time, departments connected, nothing stalled.

What you'll do

• Daily management of departments: content, OP (FD/RD), actors, design, contractors. Task setting and monitoring (Trello/Notion/Sheets).
• Funnel coordination: traffic ↔ content ↔ OP ↔ broker work synchronously; leads don't hang, statuses go to traffic team, registrations confirmed with broker.
• Daily analytics and reporting: funnel summary vs benchmarks (CPL, conversions, deposits). Weekly and monthly reports. Dashboards in Google Sheets. Analysis of weak spots and growth hypotheses.
• Quality control of OP (SLA, follow-up, closing, objections, scripts) and content (pacing, engagement, trust, content flow). Implementation of AI tools.
• Coordination with broker and partner platforms: reports, registration confirmations, terms. Control of timely payments per project payment calendar. Onboarding of new employees.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in operational management in digital / affiliate / fintech
• Understanding of the funnel: traffic → Telegram → personal chat → deposit → retention
• Knowledge of metrics: CPL, CPA, ROMI, CR to dialogue, CR to deposit, retention
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / affiliate ecosystem and Telegram as a platform
• Experience managing a remote team
• Russian-speaking. Systematic thinking, ability to work in uncertainty
• Hard skills: task setting and control, Google Sheets/dashboards, basic understanding of FB Ads and performance traffic, writing SOPs/regulations, building processes from scratch, traffic and conversion analytics, AI tools.
