Head of Payment / Payment Specialist

An international holding is looking for a Head of Payment / Payment Specialist to develop the payment infrastructure within an existing affiliate network. The role involves connecting new PSPs, banks and acquirers, conducting negotiations and building the system from scratch. Remote work, salary $2,000–3,000.

What you'll do

• Find and connect PSPs, banks and acquirers
• Conduct negotiations independently
• Support integrations
• Understand the payment solutions market
• Understand the advantages and limitations of different PSPs
• Find alternative payment methods

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in Payment / PSP; Forex / Crypto / Fintech / High-Risk
• Understanding of international payments
• Understanding of how PSPs, banks and acquiring work
• Experience in independently connecting payment solutions
• English Intermediate+, conversational

Nice to have

• Experience working inside a Forex Broker
• Contact base of PSPs, banks and acquirers
• Experience launching or scaling a Payment direction
• Work with international payment providers
