Paid Traffic Manager

The employer is looking for a Paid Traffic Manager for an AI character chat service with a subscription model. The main goal is to multiply the number of paying users through paid channels while independently controlling CAC and keeping blended CAC at the target level. Format: full-time, remote, young ambitious team.

What you'll do

• Drive multi-fold growth in paying users through paid channels.
• Independently control CAC and prevent blended CAC from exceeding the target value.

What we need

• Experience managing paid user acquisition channels (paid traffic).
• Understanding of unit economics: CAC, blended CAC, LTV.
• Experience growing a paying audience in subscription products.
• Independence in managing budgets and hitting KPIs.
