Team Lead of Media Buying FB (Gambling)

We are looking for a Team Lead of Media Buying (Facebook, Gambling) for a strong arbitrage team. Requires 2+ years of experience in traffic arbitrage (Gambling) and 1+ year as a Team Lead, solid Facebook experience, and knowledge of Tier-1/Tier-2 GEOs.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of media buyers
• Develop a strategy for purchasing and scaling on Facebook
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns
• Analyze statistics and find growth points
• Work with the creative and tech departments to boost efficiency
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in traffic arbitrage (Gambling), including 1+ year as a Team Lead
• Solid experience with Facebook, knowledge of Tier-1/Tier-2 GEO features
• Ability to build a system: task setting, training, KPI control
• Deep understanding of analytics and metrics, ability to make data-driven decisions
• Broad exposure and understanding of working approaches for different offers and GEOs
• Leadership, creativity, drive for results
