Affiliate Manager (Tier 1)

The employer, an iGaming company, is looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop the partner network and drive traffic to an international Web3 / crypto-iGaming platform in Tier-1 markets. Responsibilities include finding partners, scaling affiliate traffic, and managing financial settlements. Remote work format is offered.

What you'll do

• Finding partners, onboarding, and developing long-term relationships.
• Scaling partner traffic and improving metrics.
• Managing financial settlements and developing new GEOs.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming / Crypto (Tier-1).
• Understanding of metrics (FTDs, LTV, CPA, RevShare, ROI).
• English from B1 level.
