Financial Manager

Part-time financial manager role responsible for collecting and consolidating financial data from multiple teams, performing reconciliations, controlling cash flow, and building a transparent accounting system. Requires experience with financial reporting, Excel/Google Sheets, and 1C.

What you'll do

• Collect and consolidate financial data from multiple teams
• Perform reconciliations (balances, transactions, internal transfers)
• Control cash flow between countries and accounts
• Track expenses, including payroll and operational costs
• Create a unified financial picture
• Identify discrepancies and gaps in finances
• Analyze metrics and identify drawdowns
• Organize finances into a transparent accounting system

What we need

• Experience with financial data and reporting
• Understanding of reconciliations and cash movement
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (working with large data sets)
• Experience with 1C or similar tools
• Attentiveness, diligence, analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and structure chaos
