Affiliate Manager

The company is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with 4+ years in performance marketing. The candidate should have experience in finance, nutra, astrology, and manifestation verticals, as well as strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of affiliate tracking. Work is available remotely or in the Warsaw office.

What you'll do

• Manage partner relationships with advertisers and affiliate networks.
• Conduct negotiations and close deals.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of affiliate campaigns using tracking and attribution.
• Analyze sub-IDs and links to improve conversions.

What we need

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
• Experience working in finance, nutra, astrology, manifestation, or adjacent verticals
• Strong negotiation skills and experience collaborating with advertisers or affiliate networks
• Deep understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, link management, and sub-ID
• English at C1 level or higher
