Affiliate Manager

The company is looking for an Affiliate Manager with 4+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably from the publisher side. Experience in finance, nutra, astrology, manifestation or adjacent verticals is required, along with strong negotiation skills and understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, and sub-ID. Remote work or office in Warsaw, competitive salary, 21 vacation days and 14 sick days.

What we need

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing (preferably from the publisher side)
• Experience in finance, nutra, astrology, manifestation or adjacent verticals
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with advertisers or affiliate networks
• Deep understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, link management and sub-ID
• English C1+
