Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

An independent performance team with an 8-year history, specializing in the iGaming vertical, is looking for a CFO — a strategist and partner to the founders. The role includes building a financial model, analyzing traffic source profitability, monitoring cash flows, and business partnering with teams. The team already has over 60 people.

What you'll do

• Building the business financial model, P&L, forecasting revenue and expenses
• Monthly and annual profitability analysis by traffic sources and advertisers
• Assessing profitability of new teams/directions, calculating payback
• Proposing cost optimization solutions without compromising marketing quality
• Drawing data-driven conclusions and proposing ready-made management decisions
• Monitoring all company transactions, managing cash flow gaps
• Participating in the development of an in-house solution for traffic accounting
• Immersing in traffic specifics: understanding how sources work, financial expectations, buying strategies
• Forecasting cash flows for 3-6 months and beyond
• Highlighting areas requiring optimization or discontinuation

What we need

• Current experience as CFO in an iGaming media buying team for at least 2 years
• Experience in business financial partnering (CFO / Head of Finance)
• Degree in economics / finance
• Understanding how to build forecasts, profitability, unit economics
