SEO Team Lead/Senior

Team lead for SEO specialists in an iGaming company. Development and oversight of SEO strategy, coordination with other departments, training and development of the team.

What you'll do

• Leading a team of SEO specialists (5 people)
• Setting goals and tasks for the SEO team
• Developing and overseeing the execution of SEO strategy (technical SEO, content, link building, internal optimization)
• Competitor analysis and finding traffic growth opportunities
• Working with the semantic core
• Coordinating with other departments (content, development, PPC, analytics)
• Quality control of task completion and deadline adherence
• Conducting code reviews, SEO audits, and reviewing technical specifications
• Training and development of team members (mentoring, 1:1, training)
• Preparing reports (traffic growth, rankings, ROI)
• Budget planning (link building budget, tools, content)

What we need

• Experience in SEO in iGaming with tier 2/3 markets
• Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies that demonstrated organic traffic growth
• Experience with Yandex/Google search engines (experience with behavioral factors for Yandex, non-standard link building methods for Google)
• Experience in finding drop domains
• Deep understanding of the iGaming market, latest trends, and SEO best practices
