Client Acquisition Team Lead

The company, a global native advertising platform, is looking for a Client Acquisition Team Lead to build a team for attracting advertisers and affiliates. The role includes strategy, pipeline building, closing key deals, and team management.

What you'll do

• Define and implement client acquisition strategy
• Build a predictable acquisition engine (channels, ICP, pipeline, conversion)
• Build and develop the team: hiring, coaching, performance management
• Personally close strategic deals with key advertisers
• Influence GTM strategy and product development through market insights
• Own revenue direction and growth of advertiser spend

What we need

• 3+ years in client acquisition in affiliate marketing (Nutra, Gambling, Dating or adjacent)
• Deep understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem: traffic, funnels, trackers, monetization
• Experience leading a team and closing high-value deals
• Strong network among advertisers and affiliates
• Active participation in industry conferences
• Conversational English and Ukrainian
