User acquisition manager

The company is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to launch and scale Facebook ad campaigns, test hypotheses, and optimize metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI). The role involves participating in advertising strategy development and collaborating with internal teams. Experience in iGaming/Crypto is preferred.

What you'll do

• Launch and scale Facebook ad campaigns
• Test hypotheses, creatives, and combinations
• Analyze metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI) and optimize them
• Participate in planning and developing advertising strategy
• Interact with internal teams (analysts, designers, etc.)

What we need

• 3+ years of UA experience
• 2+ years of Facebook experience
• Manage budgets from $300k/month
• Deep understanding of metrics and analytics

Nice to have

• 1+ year experience in Gamedev/Crypto
