Product Manager

The company is looking for a Product Manager to support product tasks operationally. The role involves preparing technical specifications, User Stories, managing tasks in Jira, and coordinating with development, QA, CRM, support, and marketing teams. Requires 1+ year of experience in iGaming.

What you'll do

• Support product tasks from definition to handover to development.
• Prepare technical specifications, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and manage tasks in Jira.
• Maintain backlog, task statuses, and product documentation.
• Interact with the development team, clarify requirements, and remove blockers.
• Hand over acceptance criteria to QA and oversee testing.
• Coordinate between Product Lead, development, analysts, CRM, support, and marketing.
• Monitor task completion and deadlines.

What we need

• 1+ year experience as Product Manager, Product Owner Assistant, Business Analyst, or Project Coordinator.
• Experience in iGaming.
• Proficient in Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar task management systems.
• Skill in writing technical specifications, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Basic understanding of web product principles (Frontend, Backend, API).
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• English at the level of reading technical documentation and business correspondence.
• Attention to detail, systematic thinking, organization, and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Confluence or similar documentation systems.
