The company is looking for a specialist to handle incoming traffic in Telegram for the CIS market. The role involves communicating with clients using ready-made scripts, handling objections, and guiding them to the first deposit. The work is fully remote, with a fixed salary and bonuses.

What you'll do

• Process incoming leads in Telegram
• Conduct chats using prepared scripts and adapt them to each client
• Identify user needs and choose the most effective communication approach
• Handle objections and accompany the client until the first deposit
• Make decisions in non-standard situations
• Maintain basic reporting

What we need

• Experience in sales, lead handling, or customer service
• Proficient written communication
• Responsibility and discipline
• Fast response to new inquiries
• Result orientation
• Ability to find rapport with people, understand their needs, and keep their attention in chat
• Objection handling skills
• Computer or laptop and stable internet required (phone-only work is not accepted)
• Be available during working hours and respond promptly to new inquiries

Nice to have

• Experience in the esoteric niche
