Game Designer (iGaming / Slots)

We are looking for an experienced Game Designer to create slot games from concept to release. Remote work, flexible schedule, income up to $3,000 + bonuses.
What we need
- Experience developing slot games in iGaming
- Understanding of popular mechanics (Megaways, Cluster Pays, Hold & Win, Tumble/Cascade, Free Spins, Wild mechanics, Bonus Buy, etc.)
- Proficient in Excel, Figma, Jira, Confluence
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with game balance and slot economy
- Portfolio with released slots where you were the lead or key Game Designer
Nice to have
- Experience developing instant games
- Understanding of FOMO mechanics and near-miss psychology
- Experience analyzing post-release game metrics and improving products based on data
