The company is hiring a retention specialist to strengthen lead processing. They seek an experienced salesperson who can re-engage leads and increase their spend through live dialogue.
What you'll do
- Work with leads and retain them
- Drive repeat deposits (RD)
- Build communication based on lead behavior and psychology
- Maintain plan and personal metrics
What we need
- Practical experience in lead processing for at least 6 months
- Deep understanding of how to increase conversion
- Ability to sell through live dialogue, not templates
