We are looking for a strong team lead for our buying department to manage a team of media buyers, scale campaigns, and control KPIs. Requires 1+ year of Facebook ad experience, team management experience, and understanding of gray traffic.

What you'll do

• Managing a team of media buyers
• Scaling campaigns and finding new approaches
• Monitoring KPIs (ROI, CPL, volumes)
• Building purchasing and testing processes

What we need

• 1+ year of confirmed Facebook ad experience
• Experience in campaign launches is mandatory
• Team management experience
• Understanding of schematic traffic and gray verticals
• Scaling and campaign analytics skills
• Willingness to provide proofs
