Team Lead Media Buyer

We are looking for a strong leader to strengthen our buying department. Managing a team of media buyers, scaling campaigns, controlling KPIs (ROI, CPL, volumes), building purchasing and testing processes. Remote work, salary: fixed + % of team profit.

What we need

• Proven experience running Facebook traffic for at least 1 year
• Experience in scaling campaigns is mandatory
• Team management experience
• Understanding of scheme traffic and gray verticals
• Skill in scaling and campaign analytics
• Willingness to provide proofs

Nice to have

• Experience with LATAM GEOs
