Traffic Processor / Sales Manager

Processing incoming traffic in Telegram, communicating with clients in the finance sector, working with the CIS market. Fully remote, schedule 6/1.

What you'll do

• Process incoming traffic in Telegram.
• Communicate with clients.
• Properly build communication using AI and translators.
• Support clients, answer questions, and accompany them during the work process.
• Suggest new ideas and solutions to improve team efficiency.
• Maintain discipline, response speed, and high level of communication with clients.

What we need

• Mandatory experience as a traffic processor in the CIS region.
• Ability to quickly navigate large volumes of information.
• Flexibility in communication, initiative, and creative approach.
• Stress tolerance and ability to calmly handle a large number of messages.
