CRM Manager

An international iGaming team is looking for a CRM Manager to develop the CRM function and improve the effectiveness of promo campaigns. The role involves launching Email, SMS, Push and messenger campaigns, setting up trigger chains, developing bonus mechanics and analyzing metrics with a focus on the Argentina GEO.

What you'll do

• Launching Email, SMS, Push and messenger campaigns
• Setting up trigger chains
• Creating content plans
• Adapting promos for different GEOs
• Developing bonus mechanics
• Analyzing CRM campaign metrics
• Audience segmentation
• Running A/B testing

What we need

• 2+ years of iGaming experience as a CRM Manager
• Knowledge of bonus policy and wagering requirements
• Understanding of GGR and ROI
• Experience with cohort analysis
• Experience with A/B tests and attribution
• Experience working with the Argentina GEO
• English level B1 or higher
