Facebook Account Farmer → Team Lead

A traffic-arbitrage team is looking for Facebook account farmers with a growth path to department head starting from the second month. The role starts with personal account farming at scale, then moves to monitoring bans and auditing the work of the farming team. Remote work, 5/2 schedule, $500 fixed plus bonuses.

What you'll do

• Farm Facebook accounts at scale: 25–30 per day
• Warm up accounts and monitor their stability until handover
• Hand over ready batches of accounts to media buyers
• Investigate causes of bans and dropouts, recover accounts from restrictions and checkpoints
• Write manuals, checklists and rules for working with disposable accounts
• From month two: monitor dropouts and audit the work of the team's farmers
• Test new approaches to account warming and retention

What we need

• Hands-on Facebook farming experience of 1.5+ years, backed by numbers
• Understanding of Meta's anti-fraud logic for 2025–2026
• Persistence and stress tolerance: readiness for high-volume monotonous work
• Ability to explain complex things simply and describe processes systematically
• Willingness to start as a farmer and prove results hands-on
• Hands-on team management experience
