Traffic handler (Telegram / WhatsApp)

Seeking a traffic processing specialist for the European market via Telegram and WhatsApp. Responsibilities include handling incoming requests, using scripts, and guiding users to first deposit. Remote, fixed $400 + bonus per deposit.

What you'll do

• Process incoming requests in Telegram and WhatsApp
• Conduct correspondence using ready-made scripts and adapt communication to each client
• Analyze lead behavior and select effective communication approach
• Handle objections and guide user to target action
• Help clients with registration and account activation
• Escort users to first deposit
• Make independent decisions in non-standard situations
• Maintain basic reporting on lead work

• Experience in sales, lead processing, or customer service
• Proficient written communication
• Be responsible and disciplined
• Respond quickly to new inquiries
• Be result-oriented
• Understand the psychology of communication and client behavior
• Able to identify needs and adapt communication to the interlocutor
• Handle objections and maintain user attention throughout the funnel
