Team Lead UBT / CS

The employer is looking for an experienced Team Lead UBT/CS to strengthen the traffic team. The role involves attracting and scaling traffic from TikTok, YouTube and Instagram through both paid ad accounts and conditionally-free (UBT) sources, with strong technical expertise. The niche is CS2, game skins, cases and upgrades, targeting CIS geos.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale traffic from TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels
• Work with paid promotion (Ads) and conditionally-free traffic (UBT)
• Create and scale account networks across various platforms
• Organize technical processes for creating, setting up, warming up and maintaining accounts

What we need

• Hands-on experience attracting traffic from TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
• Experience with both ad accounts and organic promotion
• Understanding of TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels algorithms
• Knowledge of the CS GO, game skins, cases and upgrades audience specifics
• Successful cases of attracting traffic in CIS geos
• Strong technical expertise
