An advertising agency is looking for a Team Lead Farm Facebook to work on the foreign market in the Crypto vertical. Remote work.
What you'll do
- Search and scouting: monitoring external shops, exchanges, and sellers to find new types of consumables (ad accounts, BM, FP, King, proxies)
- Networking and reconnaissance: visiting specialized chats, channels, and forums to identify new trends in farming and bypassing FB algorithms
- Test launch: running ad campaigns on small budgets to check the viability of consumables
- Analytics: reporting on metrics: check pass rate, selfie ban speed, spend limits, launch cost
- Benchmarking: comparing current internal consumables of the department with market alternatives
- Quality control of sellers: negotiations with suppliers about replacements, wholesale prices, and individual farming conditions
- Creating instructions: writing brief manuals on launching on new types of accounts for the support department and buyers (with good formatting)
What we need
- Analytical mindset – ability to identify patterns from 100 launches and draw conclusions
- Communication skills (Networking) – ability to gain sellers' trust in Telegram chats, negotiate discounts, and learn about 'private' positions
- Stress tolerance – calm attitude towards the fact that 80% of tests may be unsuccessful
Nice to have
- Having verified seller contacts or knowing where to find them
- Interest in finding loopholes in rules and algorithms
What's in it for you
- Friendly, young team (no stifling bureaucracy)
- Freedom of action and real career growth
- Corporate events, birthday gifts, help in difficult situations
- Remote work format
