CRM Manager (Senior)

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager with experience in iGaming to develop the CRM direction, launch campaigns, and increase user retention in international markets. Responsibilities include developing CRM strategy, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and analyzing CRM metrics. Requirements: 1+ year of CRM experience in iGaming, knowledge of RFM, Retention, LTV, GGR, ROI, experience with CRM platforms and Excel/Google Sheets. Remote work, 5/2 schedule with flexible start.
