Senior CRM Manager

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager with iGaming experience to develop CRM direction, launch campaigns, and improve user retention on international markets.

What you'll do

• Develop CRM strategy and launch campaigns
• Audience segmentation, A/B testing, and analysis of CRM metrics
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Promo, and Analytics teams

What we need

• At least 1 year of CRM experience in iGaming
• Knowledge of RFM, Retention, LTV, GGR, ROI
• Experience with CRM platforms and Excel / Google Sheets
