Account Manager / Client Support Specialist
Employer Location —Schedule 5-day work week, Saturday or Sunday is working day, day off in the middle of the week; weekdays 11:00-20:00, weekends 10:00-19:00
A product company in fintech and pharma is looking for an account manager to support media buyer clients on a virtual card platform and account farming service. Requires experience in client support and knowledge of affiliate marketing.
What you'll do
- Provide fast and effective client support via chat and conduct demo calls on request
- Re-engage and retain inactive clients through proactive communications
- Collaborate closely with other departments to promptly resolve client issues
- Identify areas for improving client experience and optimizing processes
What we need
- At least 2 years of experience in client support
- Preferably experience in affiliate marketing
- English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)
- Fluent Ukrainian
- Excellent communication skills and genuine desire to provide high-quality service
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
Nice to have
- Experience in running ad campaigns
