Account Manager / Customer Support Specialist

A product company in fintech and pharma is looking for an Account Manager to support clients, including media buyers. Requires 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in affiliate marketing, English B2 and fluent Ukrainian. Remote work, 5-day work week with a day off in the middle of the week.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in customer support
• English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)
• Fluent Ukrainian
• Excellent communication skills and genuine desire to provide high-quality service
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently

Nice to have

• Experience in affiliate marketing or running ad campaigns
