Team Lead of RD Department

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead of the RD department to work in influencer and scheme traffic in the binary options vertical. The candidate must have personal experience in handling RD traffic and managing a team of 5+ people. Main responsibilities: managing and controlling RD managers, optimizing the sales funnel, participating in interviews.

What you'll do

• Managing and controlling the work of RD managers
• Improving and optimizing the RD sales funnel
• Participating in interviews and onboarding new employees

What we need

• Personal experience in handling RD traffic for 1-1.5 years
• Experience as a team lead of an RD department for at least half a year in the binary options vertical
• Full understanding of the mechanics of building RD sales funnels
• Experience managing a team of 5+ people (control, delegation, motivation)
• Punctuality, initiative, adequacy

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier-3 GEOs: India, Africa
