RD Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced RD Team Lead to strengthen the funnel and increase repeat deposit checks in the influencer and scheme traffic vertical. Managing a team of RD managers, optimizing the sales funnel, participating in interviews and onboarding.

What we need

• Personal experience in RD traffic processing for 1-1.5 years
• Experience as an RD team lead for at least 6 months in the binary options vertical
• Full understanding of RD sales funnel mechanics
• Experience managing a team of 5+ people (control, delegation, motivation)
• Punctuality, initiative, adequacy

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier-3 GEOs: India, Africa
