A product iGaming company with its own licensed online casino is looking for an experienced VIP Retention Manager to build long-term relationships with VIP players, increase their loyalty and engagement.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience as a VIP Retention Manager / VIP Account Manager / VIP Host in iGaming
- Experience specifically with online casinos
- Understanding of VIP segmentation and player lifecycle principles
- Experience with bonus policy and personalized offers
- Ability to work with KPIs and analyze performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills and client orientation
