Retention Manager (Traffic Handler)

We are looking for an experienced retention manager for a stable arbitrage team working with white-label forex. Vertical: Forex (white). GEO: CIS, Spain. Requires analytics, CRM skills, and forex understanding.

What you'll do

• Identify churn points and build a 2-4 week retention plan
• Write scenario-based communications (loss, inactive, missing)
• Ensure retention does not become spam

What we need

• Experience in forex/binary options 3+ years
• Analytics skills: segments, metrics, A/B testing, causality
• CRM skills: funnels, triggers, timing
• Communication skills, working with clients at a loss
• Understanding of churn, risk management, and compliance in forex
• Systematic, empathetic, data-driven
