A stable traffic arbitrage team is looking for an experienced retention manager for the Forex (white) vertical. GEO: CIS, Spain. Day schedule 6/1. Requires 3+ years of experience in Forex/binary options.
What we need
- 3+ years of experience in Forex/binary options
- Analytics skills: segments, metrics, A/B testing, causality
- Experience building CRM funnels (welcome → activation → winback), triggers, timing
- Understanding of churn, risk management, compliance in Forex
- Ability to calmly work with clients in loss, without pressure
