Team Lead Affiliate

The company is looking for a Team Lead Affiliate to manage the affiliate program in the gambling vertical. Responsibilities include partner sourcing and onboarding, analyzing and scaling ad campaigns, and team management. Remote or hybrid work format.

What you'll do

• Sourcing, onboarding partners and establishing KPIs
• Working with existing partners
• Analysis and scaling of partners' advertising campaigns
• Search and testing of new traffic sources
• Control of partner payment formation
• Building/improving department processes
• Hiring team and setting KPIs
• Presenting the affiliate program at conferences

What we need

• CPA work experience more than 2 years
• Proactivity
• Knowledge of traffic arbitrage, CPA market, and iGaming vertical in particular
• Understanding of formats: Tiktok Ads, UAC, PPC, ASO, SEO, Influence, Push-notifications, Popunder/Clickunder
• Communication skills
• Team management experience
• Desire for professional and financial growth
• Knowledge of MS Excel/GoogleDocs and attention to numbers
• Experience with task management systems (JIRA, Slack, Notion)
• English B2 or higher
