Head of Affiliates

The company is looking for a Head of Affiliates in iGaming to develop and scale the affiliate channel. Responsibilities include building affiliate strategy, working with RevShare/Hybrid/Fixed models, and targeting markets in Uzbekistan, MENA, Africa, India, and Bangladesh. Requires 2+ years of affiliate management experience and English B2+.

What you'll do

• Build and execute affiliate strategy
• Work with RevShare, Hybrid, and Fixed compensation models
• Manage teams and KPIs
• Acquire high-value traffic from target markets (Uzbekistan, MENA, Africa, India, Bangladesh)
• Manage relationships with web partners, influencers, SEO, and in-app sources

What we need

• 2+ years of affiliate management experience
• Experience managing teams and KPIs
• Ability to build affiliate strategy and work with RevShare/Hybrid/Fixed models
• Experience in target markets: Uzbekistan, MENA, Africa, India, Bangladesh
• Expertise in acquiring high-value traffic
• Experience with web partners, influencers, SEO, and in-app sources
• English B2 or higher
