DevSecOps / ICT Compliance Specialist
Employer Location Warsaw (preferred) or remoteComp $2,000 – $3,500 (negotiable individually)
The company is looking for a technical specialist with experience in DevSecOps, Security and ICT Compliance for a regulated crypto/fintech project. The main task is not writing documentation, but hands-on closing of identified vulnerabilities, security gaps and audit findings in the infrastructure. Format — hybrid (Warsaw preferred) or remote.
What you'll do
- Hands-on remediation of identified vulnerabilities, security gaps and audit findings in the infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with DORA, MiCA / ISO 27001 and similar standards
- Handle IT/security audits and remediate findings
- Work with BCP, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management and Vendor Risk Management
What we need
- Hands-on experience in DevSecOps / Application Security / Infrastructure Security
- Mandatory knowledge of DORA, as well as MiCA / ISO 27001 or similar standards
- Experience with IT/security audits and remediation findings
- Understanding of regulated crypto / fintech specifics
- Experience with BCP, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management and Vendor Risk Management
Nice to have
- Fireblocks, MPC or other custody infrastructure
- Experience in crypto exchanges, custodians, fintech or payment projects
