Media Buyer / Telegram Buyer

The employer is looking for a media buyer to purchase and drive traffic via Telegram in iGaming. The role involves building the Telegram direction from scratch, sourcing channels and placements, negotiating with channel owners, and scaling working funnels. The position is fully remote, with the prospect of growing into a Head of the direction and building a team.

What you'll do

• Purchasing and driving traffic via Telegram
• Sourcing, analyzing, and selecting Telegram channels and placements
• Negotiating with channel owners and purchasing placements
• Testing ad formats and creatives
• Analyzing traffic performance and optimizing purchases
• Scaling working funnels and channels
• Working with GEOs: Russia, CIS, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan
• Independently shaping the approach to Telegram acquisition

What we need

• At least 1.5 years of experience in media buying
• Hands-on experience with Telegram traffic in iGaming
• Ability to independently source placements and negotiate with administrators
• Understanding of traffic economics and key metrics
• Initiative and self-sufficiency

Nice to have

• Experience managing budgets from ~$20K/month
