Affiliate Manager (Middle/Senior)

An international iGaming company is looking for an Affiliate Manager (Middle/Senior) to join their office in Riga. The specialist will work with different types of traffic, build long-term partnerships in international markets, and develop the affiliate network. The company offers relocation assistance and document support (except for Russia and Belarus).

What you'll do

• Search for new partners in Tier-1/2/3 countries
• Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• Audit placements
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Develop and scale partners
• Select offers
• Technical integration of partners (links, postbacks, etc.)
• Market analysis

What we need

• Experience with different cooperation models
• Understanding of different traffic types
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Multitasking and time management
• Responsibility and organization
• Strong communication skills
• English B2/C1 or higher required
