Legal Counsel

A company in the Crypto/FinTech sector is looking for a lawyer with a focus on contract work (especially lease agreements). Tasks: drafting and reviewing contracts, counterparty Due Diligence, risk analysis and mitigation (including 115-FZ), supporting operational activities, and handling corporate/labor issues. Requires 5+ years of experience, ability to independently manage the legal function.

What we need

• 5+ years of experience as a lawyer
• Experience in contract work, especially lease agreements
• Knowledge of 115-FZ and anti-money laundering legislation
• Experience in counterparty Due Diligence
• Ability to independently manage the legal function

Nice to have

• Experience in Crypto/FinTech
