Legal Counsel

Lawyer for a crypto/fintech company with a focus on contract work (especially lease). Tasks include drafting and reviewing contracts, counterparty due diligence, risk analysis and mitigation (including Federal Law 115-FZ), operational support, and handling corporate/employment matters. We are looking for a specialist with 5+ years of experience, able to independently manage the legal function and enhance business security.

• Drafting and reviewing contracts

• Handling corporate and employment matters

What we need

• 5+ years of experience as a lawyer
• Experience independently managing a legal function
• Knowledge of Federal Law 115-FZ and due diligence procedures
• Contract drafting skills (especially lease)
• Ability to enhance business security
