SMM Manager iGaming/Betting Project

We are looking for an SMM Manager for the sports direction of an iGaming/Betting project with a local license in Uzbekistan. The project is actively scaling: large publics, blogger integrations, and content around sports, memes, and trends. Remote work or hybrid in Tashkent is possible.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Develop content plan and SMM strategy
• Create content around football, boxing, MMA, and local sports
• Come up with ideas for Reels and Shorts: scripts, hooks, titles, subtitles
• Analyze metrics: ER, reach, engagement, shares
• Set briefs for designers and video editors
• Work with news hooks, trends, and viral content
• Maintain brand tone of voice and adapt communication for the local audience

What we need

• Experience as an SMM Manager in a company or digital project
• Ability to build a content strategy and maintain a content plan
• Strong copywriting in Uzbek language
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and Shorts content mechanics
• Skills in basic social media analytics
• Passion for sports and understanding of sports trends
• Understanding of the cultural code and specifics of the Uzbek audience
• Uzbek language - native, Russian or English - working level
• Availability of a portfolio with relevant projects

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or Betting
• Experience working with sports publics
• Familiarity with viral content and sports media
