Retention Call-Operator (Arabic)

An iGaming company is looking for a Retention Call-Operator to work with Arabic-speaking players. Main tasks: outbound calls, sending emails and SMS, analyzing player activity, testing new communication methods and promotions. Remote or office work, flexible schedule. Arabic required, Russian B1+ preferred.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to players using prepared scripts
• Send emails, SMS, and messages to players
• Work with the existing database and analyze player activity
• Help test new communication methods, promotions, and bonus offers
