Retention Call-Operator (Arabic)

An iGaming company is looking for a retention specialist to communicate with players in Arabic. Main tasks: outbound calls using scripts, email and SMS campaigns, analyzing player activity, testing new communication methods and bonuses. Remote or office work, flexible schedule.

What we need

• Fluent Arabic (native or C1+)
• Experience in iGaming or similar field
• Communication and objection handling skills

Nice to have

• Russian B1 or higher
• Experience with CRM systems
