SMM Specialist (Reddit / X / Instagram / TikTok)

We are looking for an SMM specialist to develop social media for projects and attract quality audiences through organic channels. The job is fully remote. Join a strong international team.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow accounts on Reddit, X, Instagram, and TikTok
• Adapt content to the specifics and algorithms of each platform
• Drive organic traffic and grow project audiences
• Manage accounts: warming, recovery, backups, reducing ban risk
• Analyze content and traffic source effectiveness
• Work with tracking links and monitor results
• Test new formats, hypotheses, and promotion approaches
• Find growth points and scale working combinations

What we need

• Experience managing at least one of: Reddit, X, Instagram, or TikTok
• Understanding of organic social media promotion
• Ability to work with analytics and key metrics (CTR, ER, CPL, conversions)
• Understanding of social platform algorithms
• Ability to work with content and adapt it to different platforms
• Attention to detail and willingness to test hypotheses

Nice to have

• Experience in affiliate, media buying, or performance marketing
• Experience with account farming and warming
• Understanding of platform mechanics and handling restrictions
• Experience managing multiple social networks simultaneously
• Skills in tracking and traffic analytics
