Head of BD (LatAm)

The employer, a FinTech company, is looking for a Head of BD to drive a 0-to-1 LatAm expansion. The role covers GTM and market-entry strategy, B2B partnerships, hiring and leading a local commercial and operations team, and building scalable sales and operational infrastructure. Office-based role.

What you'll do

• Executing a 0-to-1 LatAm GTM and market-entry strategy
• Negotiating and onboarding key B2B partners
• Hiring and leading a local commercial and operations team
• Building scalable sales and operational infrastructure

What we need

• 3+ years in BD, Sales, or Expansion (Tech/FinTech)
• Hands-on experience scaling commercial operations in LatAm
• Fluent Russian, Spanish (C1-C2), and English (C1)
• Autonomy and strong negotiation skills
