Retention Manager

An iGaming company is looking for a Retention Manager to work with VIP clients. The role involves developing the VIP client base, communicating through various channels, preparing personalized bonus offers, and analyzing client activity. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop the VIP client base + reactivation
• Communicate with clients via Telegram, WhatsApp, chats, and calls
• Prepare personalized bonus offers, quests, cashbacks
• Analyze activity, deposits, and client behavior

What we need

• 1-2 years of experience in iGaming (in VIP support or VIP department)
• Understanding of VIP segmentation principles and customer lifecycle
• Experience with bonus policy
